PPTP client VPN different subnet

I know there are lot of threads dealing wih this subject but i still haven’t figured out how to make mine work, and i’ve read a lot of them.

I have a PPTP server setup with secrets and everything else on a CCR1016. I can ping computers on the internal network when connected from a remote client if i setup a same subnet address )my internal network is 192.168.1.x/24 ). Due to running short of internal IP addresses i’m trying to setup a different subnet for remote clients, so i setup a pool 192.168.3.x and i assigned to the remote address field in PPP profile setting. This way i can access internet using VPN connection but cannot ping or access 192.168.1.x machines.
Is there any other setting i need to make (ie Firewall Filter rule ) to make this work?

P.S.
My internal Ethernet port is part of a bridge and i have anabled proxy arp on the bridge.

From what you write, this indeed looks like a firewall issue, but as the order of firewall rules matters, it is impossible to suggest what to do without seeing the complete configuration (minus the sensitive bits). See my automatic signature for further steps.
