PPTP Client

Hi,
I am currently using a RB750GL connected to a 10MB internet connection, speed is great but I am having performance issue on a PPTP Client VPN to StrongVPN on the RB750GL. Performance is extremely slow and I check that the MTU is always set at 1400 regardless how I configure in the PPTP Client setup via the Winbox. I can see the MTU on the WebConfig windows.

Would be great if anyone can point me in the right direction, if I were to run the VPN on my Windows 8 PC the speed is just great but I wanted to extend the VPN to my Apple TV and a few other devices for Netflix.

Windows 8 use MRRU.

Set MRRU to 1614

Possible workaround - If you can get the access you want from a NAT based service like www.unblock-us.com they generally run faster than the VPN based systems.
