I have a problem with my PPTP connections disconnecting. My setup is as follows:
A central RB433 running a PPTP server, then I have two remote RB751’s setup as PPTP clients. This works fine for a few days and then for some unknown reason, the PPTP connection status changes from “connected” to “link establishes”. Both clients do not disconnect at the same time, but both have a problem, one with client will change from “connected” to “link establishes” and the other client will run fine.
When the status on the PPTP client shows “link established” no traffic is able to pass through the connection.
Does anyone have any ideas, as to why this is?
