PPTP ISP and external IP Range

Hello!

First things first, I’m totally new with microtik router os.
so, let’s ask some (maybe) stupid questions

I have already setup the internet connection via PPTP to my ISP. so far so good.
My ISP provided me an external IP range (6 IP-Adresses).
My Question is now, how to setup my microtik to use the external range internal?

The plan for my network look like this:
microtik
Port 1 (WAN external IP x.x.x.001)
Port 2 (Main Office Lan x.x.10.1) → computer, printer, etc…
Port 3 (WAN LAN x.x.100.1) → Fortigate Router

The Fortigate connects (should connect ) to another Fortigate to a customer network via ipsec vpn and a static route.
(connecting a fortigate with another router then a fortigate, has a long history of failures, it never works stable, if it works at all)
The local fortigate needs an fixed external ipadress ( External x.x.x.002) to make a stable the connection.

So, how do i get a second external IP over the pptp gateway to my Fortigate?

thanks for any help.
