I seem to not be able to get the VPN working with the following config

I have successfully created other VPN’s across ADSL , and the biggest problem with this network here is (current work around), we have manually had to set the IP that the ADSL gets every time it changes, on our radius manager, in order for the client connecting to the dist (PPPoE) to be able to authenticate to our Radius server. So everytime the ADSL IP changes, the person connecting wirelessly cant authenticate.
Any ideas?
