Hi all
After a lot of trail and error. I had setup a VPN from 2 mikrotik TB750G and everything was working fine. I have created routes where I can communicate with local subnets on both ends.
However I had a problem which after testing I found that I had to put on masquerade the out interface to have the clients public IP visible. Before I changed it was showing the router IP address on all clients connected.
My only problem is that after I had finally fixed the issue of Public IP now I had a problem that I cannot ping the other subnet via VPN as it was before. I have not changed anything. I tried to disable again the out interface and after disabling it works again, so I am pretty sure that I am missing something.
