I have managed to configure the PPTP server and it works great. But I would like that when I pptp to the Mikrotik I want to be assigned the Public Address of the Internet connection of the Mikrotik
At the moment if I PPTP the Mikrotik and check the website whatismyip.com it still shows my current public IP of my internet connection. By using RAS in windows server when you PPTP the server you have the Public address of the server rather than the current connection
You don’t actually want the public IP assigned to you. You just want to send all of your information over the tunnel. Assuming you are using Windows uncheck the box “Use Default Gateway on Remote Network” on your VPN Connection. On the Networking tab, select IPv4 then properties. Once there it is under the Advanced button.
If you want Traffic All Redirect to PPTP you must " Active Use Default Gateway "… This is Key
And Dont forget you Active NAT Server in Mikrotik IP - Firewall - NAT
Check You Routing in Client to PPTP
and in PPTP Server to Your ISP
