PPTP to hotspot addresses

I am trying to establish a PPTP connection to a hotspot router and communicate with devices on the hotspot interface. I have established to tunnel to the router and can ping address on the non hotspot interface but am unable to ping addresses on the hotspot interface. What do i need to do?
Some type of mangle maybee?
