PPTP user do not find share file of local lan pc

Hi, I have face a problem from long days,

Problem is : I have received ping from pptp user to local lan pc but I have not find share file and share printer of local pc from pptp user. when I am searching share pc then show message, see the attach file.

I want I will use share file and printer of local lan pc from pptp user.
please note: my local lan pc WORKGROUP and pptp user pc WORKGROUP is same.
My pptp user ip is 192.168.10.20 and local lan pc ip is 192.168.10.2

Have you tried mapping the shares by usin the ip rather then searching?

It is not clear for me, please inform me details

Click start then choose or type “run” which will pop a box up that you can type in. Then type \192.168.1.10 (or what ever the ip of the share is.) and press ok. It will show you the resources available on that device which you can right click on and choose connect or map or something.
