So after having a good laugh at the “NOT TO DO. Weird installations thread”, I just had to start a tech support thread so we could list the best tech support calls we have had.
These are our favorite so far:

1st place:
I’m having problems with my wireless connection. Can you tell me what seems to be the problem sir? Ebay is running really slow, it seems to take 2-3 days for people to place feedback on my auctions!

2nd place
Hi yes can you tell me why my upload is so slow, how slow is it sir 33k, after running a bunch of test and having him on hold for 5 min while we checked the signal etc, what is the name of the website you are uploading to? It’s not a website it’s my memory stick!

Clearly we answer our phones to quickly.

If you use a mac, this is not funny, but a normal feature :wink: it’s called time machine.
