Depends on what you mean by “dell’hotspot”. If dell’hotspot supports radius, you just have to configure it to ask user data from User Manager. If it does not, you can always export user data from User Manager by generating CSV file. But in that case there is no point to use User Manager just for username and password generation and voucher printing.

you must use MikroTik RouterOS hotspot with User Manager. That is the topic of this forum. If you have questions about other service, you must ask them in their (dell?) forum

we design our vouchers/prepaid cards in adobe Illustrator and use adobe Indesign’s data merge to import the usernames/pass from csv. You can make your vouchers very pretty, so pretty that a lot of business are interested in advertising on one side.

What is your question? How to generate vouchers or how to print them?
To generate vouchers, select users and then Generate > Vouchers 3pp (3pp means 3 vouchers per page, you can select 1pp or 2pp also).
To print vouchers, just choose “Print” from the browsers menu.

You mean something like this…
Prints out on a point of sale printer…
Runs as a spudo service on a windows box… waits for User-Manager CSV files.
Writes the data to an access database, serializes the tickets, deturmans the correct point of sale printer
Then prints the “ticket”.. Can print to ANY printer that the automation satem can “see”…

We print out the vouchers. The size we use is the same as a typical business card(about 10 per page). We usually generate codes 200 at a time, imports the csv from Indesign with a pre designed area for the codes. indesign places the codes and creates 200 vouchers that we either print ourselves or take to a professional printer.

The ticket above comes from a piece of Visual basic code running on Windows..
The steps:
- “Read” the CSV file created by UserManager.
- Break down the line entries to a datatable.
- cycle thru the datatable and write the values to an Access database file. (Time stamping the records)
- The insertion of the records will create an “identity” value. (serial number)
- Retrieve the set of inserted records from the access table (Using the timestamp as the “where value”)
- Use the portion of the User name, IE: “MA-” to lookup the target printer stored in the access database.
- Build the “report” based on the data.
Print the “report” for each record in the recordset. (datatable)..
The VB code runs as a psudo service on windows…
Could be written in other languages as well..
