Not a fault of MT, and it would be kinda hard to change at this point, but I get a brain cramp when setting priorities in queues, as lower numbers are higher priority on the MT. Although at a different OSI layer, every other piece of ethernet networking equipment uses high numbers for high priority in 802.1q CoS prioritization, which also uses 8 levels of priority.
If other people have similar problems, the transition to v3 might be the time to do it.
The other brain cramp of mine is when re-ordering a list of rules in MT firewall, I type “move 10,1” instead of “move 10 1”. I think this is because I learned assembly language a long time ago and it still haunts my subconcience. The MT way is the proper way to do this, as the comma implies a list in almost all circumstances except when used as a delimiter.
