Prioritise a single host through PPPoE interface

Hi,

I am trying to identify ISP congestion on my ADSL2+ service (pppoe interface to bridged modem) by conducting tests with a machine running smokeping and some scripts to test network throughput.

I would like to prioritise traffic from this host (192.168.88.17) such that it is given the utmost priority when passing through the pppoe interface.

I currently have no queues etc. set up. What would be the simplest, most efficient way to just prioritise all traffic from 192.168.88.17?
