Is there any script that would prioritize SIP and skype traffic?

No script, just mark packets and use queues.
Skype traffic can be matched using RouterOS new feature - Layer7 protocol matcher.

does anyone know what ports to prioritize and what is simpiest way to do it?

sip also can be matched by layer7. Also you can use connection-type=sip in mangle rules.

Thank you for the tips about marking the traffic, but doing the mangle I presume is not enough. What are the recommended queue settings once the traffic is marked?
