I am working an ISP and we are using Mikrotik v3.28 as the WAN interface to the upstream provider serving the purpose of NAS also.We have taken a 20Mbps(1:1) Internet bandwidth from our upstream provider and there are around 200 customers by-passing Mikrotik where the bandwidth limiting has been done using simple queues (200 queues).There are mix of dynamic queues (40) which come from Radius server after authentication and also static queues (160).At peak hours when the 20Mbps is congested we were unable to deliver the subscribed bandwidth for some of our “priority” customers…is there any way out of this problem ???
Note: The total subscribed bandwidth is around 120Mbps.
