How to prioritize ordinary HTTP/UDP traffic over downloads from rapidshare and such hosts?
I know the question is touching two different themes but if answer to any of them can be made, I would be thankful.
I know I have to utilize QoS but didn’t find any suggestions on Wiki, for either of them.
The first (highest) priority should be given to UDP, then to ordinary HTTP, and then to mass-download hosts such as Rapidshare, Megaupload etc.
