prism 2511mp plus problems

Hello,
I have a great problem when I use a pc with a dual core processor and a mikrotik relese 3.6 becouse the minipci prism 2511mp plus after few seconds doesn’t make the
pppoe autentication can I have an help from you!!?? another problem is that the wep
encryption doesn’t work well by some new tipe of client :laughing: :laughing:

disable Multi Core support in ROS

/system hardware
set multi-cpu=no

and also wait till ROS 3.7, it should release today

I have installed the ros 3.7 but the problem there is always.
if I disable the multi-cpu instead it correctly works the minipci prism!
how can I resolve?

i don’t understand you, if you disable multi-cpu , your card work or not ???

yes when I disable multi-cpu the minipci prism works very well,
but how I can do for use the multi-cpu by this minipci prism, it is a bag
of ROS 3.7 ??

Hi, i don’t sleep in all night! :open_mouth: because yesterday upgrade all a network to 3.10 to do L2 Mesh Protocol, but in all RBs with a Prism Card this stop working, no wireless signal, traffic, connections, nothing? try downgrade to 3.9, reset-config of the card to default, but nothing, the card is not responding nothing in tx/rx

Downgraded to 3.2 all work again :slight_smile:

Serious problem in lastest versions (i think post-3.7) and Senao 2511 or PRISM Card!

I was the first testing this? :angry: fuc…

You’re not alone! All of our network consists of Senao 2511 cards for Access Points (We use CM9 only for backbone). Performance is terrible… :frowning: Maximum download speed around 160-170K. I really hope Mikrotik comes up with a fix soon. We can’t really afford to change all of our Senao just because ROS3 doesn’t support it!
