Prism Wireless Connection Problem

We are nusing a senao prism 200mW mPCI to connect to a Cisco Aironet 350 Bridge.
The bridge is setup in Ap/Root-Bridge mode but MT2.9.18 will not connect to the bridge.

Our signal is -77dBm average and SCAN show the ssid of the AP/Root Bridge.

We were able to test the MT router and make it connect to a client while in AP/Bridge mode before upgrading to 2.9.18 from 2.9.12

Aironet Allow propretiary extension is off
Enscapulation method set to RFC1042

Can the upgrade be our problem.

Because now the MT does not connect to any station even in AP mode.

Is it possible to downgrade to 2.9.12 and how do I get the version to download.

Pls help.

Just tested and we got it to work without any problems. We used Cisco AIR-BR350 with firmware 12.03T.
Prism card connected and were able to pass data.
When you are scanning do you see the Cisco ssid?
Enable the debug wireless logging, make the support output file and send it to support@mikrotik.com

The firmware on my Cisco 350 Series Bridge is ver 12.00T can this be a problem?

I am not sure. If you can get newer firmware you can try to update.
Make that support output file when the debug logging is enabled and send it to supprt@mikrotik.com

what is the distance between the card and the Cisco bridge?

The distance is less than 1km, Will try to update the cisco firmware and get back to you.

Thanks

does the same happens when you test it near to each other - distance few meters?

Yes, inside the same room, SCAning will see the ssid but MT will not connect to the bridge.

enable the wireless deug logging, look in the log file when it tries to connect and then make the support output file and send it to support@mikrotik.com
