I’m trying to find information on what the “Private Key” function is for, under wireless/access list/AP access rule. I was under the impression “possibly a false one” that I could setup a different wep keys for the different customers associated to the same AP. I have tried it and it doesn’t seem to work that way. I search the forum and Wiki for information but cant seem to find anything on Private Key, what it’s for, and how to use it. The reason I ask is that my old AP required that everyone associated to it used the same wep key. I have some customers who’s radios can only use 64bit or 128bit wep and others that can use Wap2.
