i have many 133/C3 but i have this big problem.
When my Routerboard have 200-250 connection in IP/Firewall/connection the Routerboard reboot 
I have tryed to solve this problem with IP/Firewall/Filter rules to limit the connnection to 80-100 in tcp! but my client cannot surf to internet when the connection is more to 80-100.
If i will use 133 with 32MB of Memory the routerboard support over 200-250 connection?

Your power supply is probably too low voltage or other power problem, when the number of connections goes up, CPU usage goes up so it draws more power. It probably does not get enough and the board crashes. My 133 regularly goes over 250 connections without a problem. If your client is not doing P2P or other similar activity, more than 20-30 connections could indicate malware or other problem.
