Problem after inserting "superchannel"

I have a link with 2 RB411 Version 4.3, Level 3 and MiniPCI cards Mikrotik R5H. The link worked perfectly until yesterday when I insert the “Suppechannel code”. After i changed the field “Frequency mode” to “superchannel”, the field “Band” has values from 4920 to 6100. But actually the only operational frequences are :5180, 5200, 5220, 5240, 5260, 5280, 5300, 5745, 5765, 5785, 5805, 5825. Plus - The Turbo mode has stopped working as well.

Set frequency-mode=superchannel, make sure station running superchannel license as well and scan-list is configured to scan non-standard frequency (on station)

I installed superchannel in 3 couples of rb411. I had the same problem. In the same time i have 2 couples RB433AH with installed superchannel that work perfectly. I made the settings in the same way. Is it possible to have some hardware problem with rb411 and superchannel ?
