Problem after upgrade RouterOS v6.37.1 to 6.39.1 my router cannot connect to internet

Hi to All,

Good day.

Can anyone help me regarding my mikrotik CCR1009-7G-1C-PC. After I updated the routerOS from 6.37.1 to 6.39.1 my system cannot connect to the internet. I tried to use the mikrotik built-in tools but cannot even ping google dns servers. May I know what happened?

Are all your firewal & NAT rules valid ?
Try to reboot router .. yes, yes … it seems strange but helps.
Downgrade to 6.37.5, does it work ?
Upgrade to 38.5 … does it work ?
Look at https://www.mikrotik.com/download/changelogs/ if any change in changelog could be related to your configuration.

Good day. Thanks for your response, before I upgraded I have lots of firewall configuration and it was working. After the upgrade from 6.37.1 to 6.39.1 everthing was not working. I cannot ping the Firewall and the google dns. I also tried to downgrade back to 6.37.5 with only the basic configuration to connect to the internet but still to no avail. I can connect using Winbox. I also tried to reset the configuration and start from zero config. I only did the configuration to connect to the internet but to no avail.

can you give me a proper link how to downgrade properly?

Hello I have the same problem I rb951Ui 2nd after the last update in the mikrotik booster my rb951Ui 2nd to reboot the wifi no longer displays and no reaction at the 5 ports there is beeping at the USR indicator every 4 seconds please I need your help thank you in advance
