problem bandwidth using pcq

I am new in here and I am sorry because my English no very well.

In my office, I plan to make limit bandwidth using PCQ, there are three categories : bosses, employee and warehouses. If I had to make pcq type for each division ? because each division different limit. After that if I setting rate in new pcq type, if I have to use a max limit when I make a new queue tree ?

Is each Division under its own subnet or vlan.
You can go two routes.

  1. using simple queues. create a simple queue for each division with the pcq limits download and upload as required(pcq-limits set under queue type) then create a parent queue for the total bandwidth available.
  2. use queue trees and mangle.

For both of these you need to advise what limits you would like to impose for each division. the subnet or vlan for each dvision and the total bandwidth available.
