Problem between RB532/RouterOS and IP3 Hospitality Gateway

One of our customer is having persistent problems doing remote management of the RB532/RouterOS through the IP3 Hospitality Gateway. Has anyone observed or reported a problem interfacing RouterOS/RB532 and the IP3 Gateway. The RB532 stops responding to pings through the IP3. Only way to recover is to reboot the IP3 gateway. There are other Wireless APs from CISCO and YDI on the same IP3 Gateway and they do not have this problem. We have 2.9.23 on the RB532 with SR2 cards. After reboot of IP3 the system works fine for few days and then has this problem again.

Correction - the RB532/RouterOS firmware we are using is 2.9.27
