Just curious,
I have 2 ISPs, and currently I am using “ping” to check if either ISP is being up or down.
The problem is when my upload and download bandwidth on each ISP are being utilized fully then ping count result = 0, as if my ISP is being down.
Is there any other way to check my ISP gateway or my ISP connection are being up or down, without getting interfered by peak traffic.
