Problem Hotspot and queue

We have installed over 100 properties with it, and more than 100 to install.
The target properties are 4-star, 5-star and luxury hotels in LatinAmerica, and depending on the amount of rooms, we are using RB433, RB600 and RB1000.

We are having an issue while using the Hotspot Function. It occurs that when the Hotspot (not the complete device) has been uptime for more than 2 days, we are seeing that there is a difference between the Active Users (In HOTSPOT → ACTIVE) and the Queue List (Simple queues)

We believe that the issue occurs when an Active User logs off or disconnects due to Idle Timeout, the user is still appearing in the Simple Queue list.

This causes that when this user tries to log on again, he receives an error message → Already have such name (Screenshot attached)

We are solving the issue by Stopping the Hotspot, then clearing the Simple Queue list, and restart the Hotspot again. However, this is no longer an option for the kind of services we provide, and can no longer be a solution for 4-star, 5-star and luxury hotels.

Has this already been reported?
Is there any ETA (Estimated Time Arrival) for a solution?
