Problem ICMP/TRACEROUTE CRS317-1G-16S+ or CCR1036-12G-4S

Good morning, I have a problem for a few days and we did not find the solution.

We have an Internet Provider, which arrives through Fiber. This is connected to a CRS317-1G-16S + Switch with a 10G SFP + module.

We have a CCR1036-8G-2S that connects to the same Switch, with 10G Module.

Until here everything is fine, our provider gives us service through 2 Vlan, in each Vlan we have a PEER BGP all this working.

For a few days we started having problems only when we do a Trace route, we only see the destination,

Our supplier assures us that everything is well on your side. We review everything, and it is only with which we have this problem, since they trace them towards any internal destiny they work.

Our question is that this started when we changed a Ubiquiti EdgeSwitch XG 16 ports switch to the new CRS317-1G-16S +.

We are with SWOS 2.9 only Vlan was configured, there is nothing extra, who proves to give us an idea of what may be happening?

As you can see in the image we have to specify max-hops = 10 since by default it brings 5 and does not reach anywhere. this is normal?

I think the problem is that Our provider has the fixed 10G interface configured, and we have the Automatic CRS interface, since SWOS does not allow it to be configured in fixed 10G.

[flash=]How can you configure a fixed 10G interface in SWOS?[/flash]

Please i need help!

Definitely, we connect our provider to a CCR1036 in the SFP + Port configured in fixed 10G and our traceroute tests and the vpn started working, the problem is the CRS317, when we pass the traffic through the switch (SWOS 2.9) the traffic is seen affected and arrives truncated.
Please, Mr. Mikrotik, there is a way we can solve this, we need to be able to configure an interface on the CCR317 fixed at 10G, since the error is that our provider leaves the interfaces fixed at 10G.

Please, can you help us?
