sir we are running a small isp with 250 customers at first three years we use a 24 online server for routing and authuntication last six months back we are using the mikrotik 5.11 for routing the authentication is done by radius server which are located in wan environment( we have a same bandwidth of 20 mbps for both 24online and mikrotik )we are using a hotspot network with four pools in the series of 10.0.0.0/24 10.0.1.0/24 10.0.2.0/24 10.0.5.0/24(lan) for one ethernet card and the second ethernet card we are using for public ips for our local customers and the ethernet 1 we using for public interface(internet to our isp)(wan) our network is in wireless and wireline environment before when we using 24 online server our customer is very happy about our internet which had a faster browsing experience and better download after we start to use mikrotik the customers are all getting frustuated by our isp becoz the customers had a dead slow browsing experience in speedtest it getting perfect speed but in download it showing worst result we are newbie to mikrotik we are also not using any squid server bcoz we have a less knowledge in linux so please help me what the steps we need to do to satisfy our customers through fast browsing all the members in mikrotik forum are great in knowledge so please help me for our network to survive best in city the system resource of mikrotik is free memory 1844.6 MiB

so please clarify me to what are steps i need to take i think this configuration is better for 250 customers (bcoz there is only 100 members on online )
