Problem in revealing my backup file

I have problem here..
I’m using 2.9.38 package. Everything is working fine both the UM and hotspot+RADIUS. But everytime i revealing my backup file, my client data in the UM is gone! including my customer signed in for the UM..suddenly it’s reset to default. Never happened when i’m using the older version. is it a bug or something i’m missing here?

Anyone can give me some explaination? Thank VM..

then…in this case, what could i do to backup my client data in the UM?
the routerOS setting is return to the previous backup setting when i revealing the backup file but the client data in the UM is gone!
jeezz..it never happened before..
