problem in winbox connect after config hotspot

hello every one
when i config the router and finaly setting hotspot i cant connect to the winbox because cant connect to port 80 and telnet same thing

please help me

You need to login to HotSpot before it.
Open your browser enter login and password, then you will be able to access router with Winbox.
