Problem Loading Websites

Greetings,
This is my first post here, sorry in advance if i break any forum rules.
I’m having trouble accessing certain websites on my RouterOs CCR1036-8g-2s. Some sites won’t load properly, for example, twitter.com only loads text but no media, github does not load at all, hbo go wont load videos, and many more.
The settings are actually the following:
-Ether1 = Wan Port, Static IP from ISP
-Ether2 = DHCP server, IP Gateway 136.1.1.1 Pool= 136.0.0.0/8 (connected to a OLT)
-Ether3 = DHCP server IP Gateway 192.168.100.2 Pool= 192.0.0.0/8 (also connected to a OLT)
Only have a masquerade NAT rule for ether1

First i tought it was an MTU problem, so i added a Mangle rule to change mss, but didn’t do anything, then i noticed that if i disconnect the ether3 port, ether2 can load every site that used to have problems before. So just in case, i set a rule to block traffic between ether2 and ether3 but again, nothing.
I’m just a beginner on the topic, so if anyone can help me out it will be much appreciated.
