Hi! I’ve got the problem with my RB4011iGS+rm router when I want to log into router’s settings via WebFig and SSH. When I’ve been trying to log into router via WebFig the router redirects me on page ( http://router_ip/servererror.php?code=401 ) with such message: “The page isn’t redirecting properly. Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.”. When I’ve been trying to connect via SSH I’ve got such error: “pam_unix: pam_sm_authenticate: UNIX authentication refused”.
But I can log into the router’s settings via Mikrotik mobile application. After router rebooting I can log into settings in any way. What do I need to do to solve the problem?

There’s no php in RouterOS, so it looks like you have http port forwarded to some other server. I’m not sure about ssh, but it may be the same thing.
It’s strange but from another PC all connection types are working well…
Anything is possible, RouterOS is very flexible, rules can have many different conditions.
