I followed this example http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Transparently_Bridge_two_Networks_using_MPLS to setup transparent bridge.
Equipment used: 2 X RouterBoards 411AH with R52N miniPCI cards. The problem is that after day or two the connection is lost. Everything is back to normal if the Station is restarted.
