the hap ax lite lte6 can't find lte module

would you pls help me

Did you select the correct interface?
From what version to what version?
Both RouterOS and firmware updated (which are two steps)?

Why LTE2 ?? Where is LTE1 ?

After performing a Netinstall and upgrading to the latest Long-Term version (7.21.4), the **LTE Bands** field is empty and the system displays a **"modem fail"** error.
