Problem ping different lan

Hi,

i have a problem with my configuration. I have a router mikrotik in cascade with ISP router. I create 3 different LAN 192.168.1.0, 192.168.2.0, 192.168.3.0.
I need that the last 2 lan ping the first lan, but that’s true when all the pc have antivirus and firewall windows deactivate, but i don’t want this.
There is a solution?

Hint: indicate in windows that the connection is “private”
