Problem prism cards

Hi i have problem with my cards i set ack-timeout and then my cards had bad connections , how can i disable that feature (ack) ?

Any can solve my problem ?

I upgraded MT to 2.8.24 and now it looks good , but i do not touch ack timeout in prism cards.

But Prism cards don’t support ACK-Timeot. Am I wrong?

i don’t know why it happen … but the cards works now good .
