Problem this RB/1100

I have a problem with routerboard 1100. I purchased this unit a week ago. This week the device worked well in the core network, but today I am unable to remove unneeded interfaces from winbox, and was unable to add new ones (for example, vlan). But this time the router has successfully worked as was configured before. I decided to reboot the device. After rebooting the device does not respond. I checked the status of the device - LED indicator interfaces were disabled, but the blue and green status indicators have worked. I turned off the power and then turned back. Indicators of the interface is up, but the device did not respond to ping requests. When I turn on the device beep sound was not. Repeated reset to have failed before I have not disconnected the UPS from the COM port (com port is configured to work with UPS). After disconnecting the UPS from the com port RB/1100 successfully booted this beep sound. Please tell me what I did wrong.
