Problem to Access Lan After PPTP Conection

Hello
im using mikrotik RB2011 UiAs-2Hnd in my network
client conect to mikrotik to access internet
the problem is when they connect the vpn , other client cant ping the pc which conect to vpn
no share folder or shared printer work
until connection disconnect
this is some information about my device from terminal command
please help me to fix this problem
