Problem Update RB1100

Hi,
I have the following problem:

when trying to update the OS version (SYSTEM-PACKAGE), it downloads, reboots, but loops and is continuously downloading and rebooting.

My currente OS versión is 6.39.2

¿Can Somebody help me?
