Problem upgrade RouterOS CCR1036-12G-4S

Hello everyone, I would like for you to please help me to know if anyone has missed this.

I am trying to update the RouterOS of a CCR1036-12G-4S currently in production running version 6.43.2 I want to take it to the most recent. When I upload the .NPK file it is completely uploaded but when I do the reboot it is still with the previous version, I also have the routerboot updated.

The router has additional packages that also do not allow deleting or deleting them.

I do not want to perform the netinstall procedure.

Thank you

This is your problem:

Unfortunately it seems there isn’t any solution other than Netinstall.

If you decide to do netnstall, take backup, netinstall same ROS version, restore it from backup and then upgrade. It should be the smoothest way of doing it.

If you upload new versions from all additional packages together with the main package, you should be able to upgrade.

Yes, I also think that and that is why I try to eliminate those additional packages, but it does not leave me either, they are left pending to be removed or to be detached when doing reboot but nothing happens.

I was looking to see if something similar had happened to someone, since this had not happened to me.

Also try uploading all the additional packages and the nkp file, even try the version all packages

The real problem is ipv6 package, which is listed twice. It happened to other people on different models and different ROS versions. Nobody ever reported back any successful method other than netinstall …

ok thanks you could send me the forum link where you saw it to review it,

There were several reports of same problem. I don’t have bookmarked any of them, just search for them.
