Problem Upgrading from 6.49 lt to 7.11

hi everyone,
in cant upgrade winbox neither console. i´ve a HAP Ac2
this is my

routerboard: yes
board-name: hAP ac^2
model: RBD52G-5HacD2HnD
firmware-type: ipq4000L
factory-firmware: 6.44
current-firmware: 6.48
upgrade-firmware: 6.49.10

it say that new version is available but i donwload and reboot but i continues in the same version
channel: upgrade
installed-version: 6.49.10
latest-version: 7.11.2
status: New version is available

i cant see any interested in log

6.49.10 is a special version due to the fact stable and long-term are the same.
So you can ignore the fact it says a new version is available.
It’s not since it’s the same.
Your last bit of info shows your device should be on 6.49.10 now.
We may classify this one under ‘cosmetic issue’

When you select upgrade channel, it should download 7.11.2 and perform the upgrade.
Does it after you select to upgrade ?

He is already on upgrade channel (see the question) so that is not it.
I think a more likely reason for it failing is that the flash is probably almost full.
The hAP ac2 has a chronic lack of space. I have one running 7.12rc1 and it has only 1000kB free out of the total 16M (16000kB).

It may be better to keep using 6.49.10 unless you absolutely need a feature of v7.
But of course you can upgrade the firmware via System->RouterBoard and then click Upgrade.

Really, i have check and this is the information:

Free HDD: 452 KiB
Total HDD: 15,3 MB

this was the problem. i have delete old backups and free 1,5 MB and i could update.
Thanks a lot!!
