Problem w/Bandwidth Shaping

I have a MT in bridge mode with ques for each IP address a /23. This MT has worked great untill the last week. Two customers do not seem to be limited even though there que is like all others.

Ques are HTTP, other, and P2P. The P2P, and HTTP limit correctly. The “other” does not seem to limit on two customers. I have changed the rate to choke them down and they still get what there is availible on the T1.

I used the Transperent shaping procedure in the WIKI to a tee. This unit has worked great, and only two customers seem to have a way to get around this.

Thoughts?

One more thing when I use torch I see a single IP that this customer is trasmitting with at a speed greater than what is allowed.

Don’t know… but, I would try deleting the two queues. And then rebuild each one from scratch…

i have done that. these two customers are on DHCP, if i force them to a different IP then that Que does the same thing. does not matter what que the get assigned it is the same thing.
