I have a problem whit my RB 411. I forgot my password! What can i do now?

I cant conect my RB 411 whit Netinstal. When i try to conect whit hyperterminal on rs232 cable , i get sam strange symbols. What can i do?

Strange symbols are usually caused by your baud rate not being set correctly.

set the Baud Rate in your Terminal program to 115200, also try a different cable and Terminal program. I recommend new Putty which supports Serial connection.

Thanks peoples from forum. I solved my problem. It was problem whit speed and HyperTerminal.
