Problem with 2 roters and Hotspot/Radius Setup

I’ve had a 450G since July 2013 and know router CLI fair , I use to teach a Cisco academy, but am retired for 4 years. Here is my problem. I am setting up a wifi to include 2 routers, it worked ok with my E4200 V1 and now I’m adding the MikroTek 450g. They are both on the same subnet, since the 4200 has an Ip address of 192.168.0.1/24 and the 450G has an IP of 192.168.0.1. The E4200 has assignemd static IP addresses from X.X.X.30 to 100 on the E4200 and has only 10 IPs set by DHCP on the 4200 from 101 to 119. The 450G has DHCP then totally does DHCP from 192.168.0.120-254. This all works fine until I try to add a hotspot with Radius for users. It worked fine on a single 450G on the default .88.xxx network in a different subnet where it was linked to Eth2. When I tried to Bridge on Eth2 as master to the rest of the switch ports, I cant get it to work correctly. I’m using Hotspot with Radius and User Manager. The network is a free wifi for cottage owners, but I want to control speed, number of logins/user name so I can track who is causing problems. I’ve used both WEBBox and the CLI interface and examples from your forum and wiki. Here is what I want each user to do. First the must log in to User Manager, so the login message and logging in is a must before Internet access. Each user can have 4 logins with the same username only. Second It has to work for all platforms PC, Macs, any type of tablet. Third which is working now there are 3 AP in the cottage area they can login to mainly using the 450G. Finally I also have cottage owners that have smart TVs and Roku web Tv boxes, and I don’t know if this will cause a problem. In user manager all users have unlimited access time, but some won’t follow the rules that the manager of the cottage group wants, thats one reason I can limit bandwidth and up/down speed along with amount of data transfered. Can anyone give me help?? Thanks!

Can anyone help me please!

Was an error in 1st post. The E4200 Linksys router has an address of 192.168.0.8 & the 450G is 192.168.0.1. The reason I’m using 2 routers is the Linksys has static IPs from 30 to 79, DHCP FROM .80 to .89. The 450G only has .1 assigned. The rest are DHCP FROM .100 to .254. So any Mac address set in the Linksys static reserved table will use theses addresses only. Any new user would get one assigned by the 450G. Hope that helps. I still can’t get Hotspot and radius to work on all platforms. Thanks
