Problem with accessing few websites O.o

Hi guys,

I am from New Zealand and working for an Hotspot company.

Currently, we have received complaints from our users that they cant access a few websites which they usually go to on daily basis.

The websites are:

• http://www.tripadvisor.co.nz/
• http://www.trivago.co.nz/
• https://fnb.asb.co.nz/SignOn.aspx

These are the most popular pages. There are some other websites and they appeared to be the same on all affected router.

There is no change in our config (they were installed few years back) and I checked with our provider and they made no change too.

I am clueless of what actually cause this. I am posting here just to see if anyone is having the same issue and if they have got any solution for it?

Yes, we have exactly the same strange problem with our mikrotik. We can’t access Tripadvisor, and it is a bit embarrassing as our hotel is top-rated by Tripadvisor. Have you found a solution you could share?
