Problem with CCR1009-8G-1S-1S+

Hi everyone,

I just purchased a brand new CCR1009-8G-1S-1S+.

Powered it on, worked for 24 hours after which i could see some lights on the network ports all lit like they had link, but the router became a brick.

Sent it back to the shop from which i purchased and asked for a new one. They told me they came in contact with mikrotik and is is a batch from week 33 and it is a known issue. The fix is to replace a diode.
I agreed to their solution, the router got back, but after shutdown of 3 hours (some rack changes) when i powered it on, i could not longer connect to it on any of the ports.
Winbox wasn’t able to see the mac, or connect to it (no ping no nothing)
Unplugged the power cord and connect it back 2 or 3 times, i could connect again.

My questions are:
Is this week 33 for real or a bogus reply? If it is for real would that diode replacement actually fixed the unit or should i replace it with another model like a CCR1016?
Has someone encountered on mikrotik not to be able to connect to it? I have upgraded to 6.20 and latest firmware.
