Problem with customer streaming

I have a client on a 10Mb connection. He is paying a premium for this connection. I have done everything in my power to try and stop apple tv movies from causing problems. He says that it takes up to 30 mins for a movie to load up at night.
He is basically on a wireless bridge back to the pppoe server which is authenticated via User manager.
The fact that he is paying a premium for the service, I was going to bypass his connection someway so that it does not go through all the filtering at our NOC. It would be great if I could put him on 1 VLAN from his house back to our upstream providers cisco router.
But the problem I see here is that the PPPOE server will not allow this as its basically a router.

Can anyone give me some advise on what to try.

Are all of your clients bridged?

From the UM to the PPPOE server there is a bridge, from the PPPOE server to the clients home router, there is a bridge.

How many people are on this bridge?

There is about, 7 PPPOE servers on this bridge only all talking back to the UM.

I would suspect your network being bridged is your problem. A bridged wireless network is a very bad idea and the only way to fix the problem is unfortunately, to redesign your network.

Technically speaking its not really bridged. The links between all ethernet ports from Um to PPPOE servers are wireless bridges, 11Ghz licensed. But the PPPOE servers are breaking up the broadcast domains then before they get too big.
