I am Make Profile In Hotspot And Iam Limited Downlaod In This Profile But The Router Mikrotik Give To User Less Half the speed limit !!!
Whats The Problem In Here ?

Just so we are on the same page:
TX is client “download speed”.
RX is client upload speed.
I set mine to “384K/1M”. That is 1M down and 384K up.
