I have installed hotspot for longtime on a MikroTik CCR1036 router, with the hotspot address test.com and IP 10.101.0.1.
In addition to the hotspot, this router also manages the routing for several other VLANs . All of these VLANs, including the hotspot, operate over two fiber optic ports that are configured as an EtherChannel(name PO2).
Recently, the networks for the other VLANs have been working correctly, but hotspot users are unable to open the hotspot login page. The only way to temporarily fix it is to power off and restart the router; after that, the login page works for a short time before failing again. The device OS version is 7.19.4.
