Problem with Hotspot

Hi, the following topic is about a problem that is being more frecuently on my hotspot.

Sometimes, some users can do the login at the hotspot, but then, they can not use internet.

When i do an “ARP Ping” and i leave it running, they can use internet and navigate perfectly with that specific user.

Do you have any ideas ??

Remove the universal NAT feature by setting the address pool on the Hotspot server to ‘none’. Then try again.
